This hotel was brilliant and I will be back. Everything was perfect, it's fairly clean and fabulous property. The rooms were both comfy, new-fashioned, complete with a comfortable bed, virtually on the ceiling pointing down at the bed, as example.

The location of Roachvale was perfect for our visit to an amusement park, and it was not far from the hotel. The hotel is situated in a very quiet area, but still close to The Roachvale and the south pier. Our small double room at Roachvale was well-maintained and had a comfortable bed.

We were happy with the warm welcome we received upon arrival at this B&B. the owners were friendly and accommodating. the location of the B&B was ideal, with key attractions within walking distance. Another positive aspect was the cleanliness of the hotel, with towels provided and the rooms nicely decorated.
Breakfast was not included in the price and had to be paid for separately. the size of the rooms was smaller than expected, making us feel a bit cramped.

I recently stayed at a charming B&B in a popular seaside destination in England. The location of this hotel was ideal for me as it was super close to the pleasure beach and had plenty of nice places to eat nearby. The value for money was absolutely fantastic, with very reasonable prices. I was impressed by the attention to detail and the basic amenities provided in the rooms. The family en suite I stayed in was absolutely spotless, and I appreciated being able to get drinks at the bar to take back to my room at night. The breakfast offered was beautiful and very filling, and I was pleasantly surprised to find that it was also very reasonably priced as an optional extra. my experience at this hotel was worth every penny, and the extra £5 I paid for my specific diet was definitely worth it.
All was absolutely fine.
